- In terms of overall length of treatment, this varies depending on a variety of factors and is specific to each individual.

- Please contact me to discuss fees.
How do I figure out what my benefits are with my insurance company?
- I recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider, prior to our first session:
- What are my Out Of Network, Mental Health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is preauthorization required from my insurance company or primary care physician?
Can I use my Flexible Spending Health Account for payment?
- Yes, my clients are typically able to pay with flex spending cards or to get reimbursed from their account with the receipts that I provide.
Do you work alone or with other professionals?
- I work in my own private practice. However, I believe that a collaborative approach to care is helpful for many individuals.
- I am happy to work with your existing treatment team.
- If you do not have a treatment team (i.e. physician, dietitian, psychiatrist etc) and we agree that this would be beneficial, i'd be happy to help you to establish this support.
